- Lost Packages: If the tracking of the products shows it never arrived according to the couriers' official website, we will take full responsibility and offer you a full refund.
- Damaged Items: If the products arrived damaged, please send us clear photos of the item along with the packaging and the shipping label. We will offer you a full refund.
- Return Shipping Fees: If the return is not due to shipping issues or product damage (e.g., buyer's change of mind), the return shipping cost will be the buyer's responsibility.
